What the collaboration was

RYAN ADDA and Tokai Optical Australia offered practices a credit of up to AUD 500 (wholesale value, conditions applied) to try Tokai’s premium Japanese-made lenses when fitted to RYAN ADDA eyeglasses. The offer was open to RYAN ADDA customers who did not already hold a Tokai Optical Australia account, and it ran for three months from the date of the offer email.

What the offer covered

• The offer covered complimentary prescription lenses of the practice’s choice from Tokai, excluding single-vision stock lenses, to a maximum wholesale value of AUD 500.
• It also covered access to expert advice and training on Tokai lenses.

How it was redeemed

RYAN ADDA registered the offer, Tokai emailed the practice a unique series number, the practice applied to Tokai Optical Australia for a credit account, and the series number was used at order time. The offer applied only to lenses fitted into RYAN ADDA frames.
