Rotation Policy

The rotation policy is in effect and subject to approval. All rotation requests must be made within one year from the date of the invoice. An approval email confirmation for rotation must be obtained before items can be returned unless they are collected by our sales representative. All merchandise returned for rotation must be in its original state and packaging as delivered. If not, a service charge of AUD 10 will apply to each rotated product if packaging with original barcode is missing, frames are not cleaned, demo lenses have written prices, stickers are still on the temples, frames are misaligned, nose pads are stained, etc. Do not return any case with rotation. Our rotation is 3 - 1 for the same brand. If there is defect found no rotation would be rejected.
