A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns. Please complete the return form using your assigned RAN. Once submitted successfully, you will receive an email with the detailed return instructions and return address. PLEASE print this email and include it in your return parcel to ensure faster processing.

ROTATION POLICY
If you are returning products as part of a rotation, the following policy applies and is subject to approval:
- TIMEFRAME: All rotation requests must be made within one year from the invoice date.
- APPROVAL REQUIRED: A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning any products for rotation.

PRODUCT CONDITION: All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging as delivered. If any of the following conditions are not met, a service charge of AUD 10 per product will apply:
- Missing original barcode on packaging
- Frames not cleaned
- Demo lenses with written prices
- Stickers still on temples
- Misaligned frames
- Stained nose pads
- EXCLUSIONS: Do not return any eyewear cases as part of a rotation.
- ROTATION RATIO: The rotation is 3-to-1 for the same brand and subjected to change.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If a defect is found, Asia Contacts 1 Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject the rotation request.
